I don't often get to Geocache during the week but I had to find this one as it was just a block from where I was working! "Hard2find" GCNZKB  That makes #175. Woo Hoo!

Sonja and I took some friends to the Butterfly Pavilion today. As always I loved it! I know every one had a good time, but I really really like watching butterflies. Afterward we ate lunch and visited the Westminster city park to do some Geocaching. Found "Melissa's SeakDaCache II" and "Mondo's Hatchling".

Sonja and I went to a Colorado Rockies game tonight at Coors Field. We were given Coors Club passes. What Fun! Buffet dinner, and seats right behind home plate. This was a very special evening.

I finished my chores around the house early today so I decided to take Molly on a few more cache hunts. We found three in our area GCQF4W Ginger's Dog-Gone Cache, GCPXGG Fretguy's Booty & GCPHK6 Gone To The Dogs. Molly liked the dog theme and traded for treats.

Molly and I went to Chatfield dog training area this morning for a few hours then went Geocaching. We found BluePearl's Pirate Cache #1 & #2 (GCPYZB) (GCQGN8). The caches were along the S Platte River south of the Carson Nature Center. This was the first time we have hiked on this trail, we both enjoyed it.

Molly and I looked for a Geocache, some weeks ago,  unsuccessfully. The cache was located on a trail we often walk in the evenings. While we were hunting we stirred up some wasp and had to retreat from our efforts. We have walked passed the site many times since but were a little skittish about messing with the stinging insects. Tonight we decided to give it a try. Oh Joy!  We found the cache, signed the log and returned it to its hiding place without a single buzz. Tangerine Dream 2 (GCQ66R)

Molly and I were joined by my mother, Sharleen, today for a nice hike at White Ranch Park. It was a beautiful Colorado blue sky day for sure. Mom and I were both surprised to see so many wild flowers so late in the season. We were lucky enough to see several deer as they grazed the hillside near us. In addition to hiking we also Geocached a little and found "Bhob 500" GCKJPD.
Great fun!

Spent the morning with Molly Geocaching in town. We found 6 caches, some in areas we have not visited before. Great way to spend the day. If you would like to visit a beautiful park  try "William McKinley Carson Park" at N 39 36.39519, W 104 54.13913  Greenwood Village. You can find two caches there also. GCMGV8 & GCMMTP
The flowers are awesome!

Molly and I walked about 3.5 miles tonight, the furthest since she hurt her self. It was a beautiful evening too. Not too hot, great sunset and fine company.
